What’s New

Custom Email Display on Quotes  – Default Settings

Are you using a group email address or a custom email address on your quotes? 

To facilitate this, custom email can now be set up by default for every quote. This way, you can effortlessly see the email information on your printed documents.

This feature can be turned on under Quote Customization, Custom Email Address settings.


What’s Improved

A New Message for Your Shop Drawing Configuration Page

Our aim has always been to ensure our platform speaks your language and echoes your thought process. In line with this, we have revised the wording on the shop drawing configuration page. Instead of “Your quote is ready to go”, it now states, “Your shop drawing is ready to go”. It’s a small change, but one that better reflects the purpose of the page.

Apostrophes Welcome in Product Search

Finally, we couldn’t ignore the need for a more inclusive and advanced search feature. We’ve updated our product search mechanism to allow apostrophes (‘ ) in full-text searches. With this update, you’ll have more freedom in how you input your search requests, enhancing the efficiency of your searches.

Critical Update

Error Message when Downloading file in AutoQuote.

We recently discovered that some users are experiencing an issue that is causing an error message when attempting to download a quote or file from AutoQuote. It is important to us that we resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This issue will be resolved by August 11, 2023. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. ATS is consistently working to make AutoQuote better and we appreciate any feedback or feature suggestions our users might have.
