✨ Improvements with More Control of Project Information and More
ATS is dedicated to enhancing user experience through improvements in productivity, team collaboration, and ease of use. This release introduces enhancements that give users greater control over project information.
Let’s dive into the new features launched.
1. You Can Now Make Your Projects Private
Oftentimes, our users do not want to share any project details. Now AutoQuote allows you to change the visibility as you wish, either visible to your office, or your whole organization, or to the public. This setting will only affect new projects created, not any older projects.
To set this Click on the gear Icon, select Project Customization and click on Project Visibility.
From here you will have three options, the default will be “Projects are visible to public” which is previously how Project information was shared.

Or you can choose to only have one office see projects created or the entire firm to see projects created.
If you keep the setting to Public the project folder will look like this.

And as a reminder the only project details which are shared include
- Project Name
- Building Class
- Country
- State/Province
- City
- Address
- Project Valuation
- Created Date
- Bid Date
2. Buy Quotes made easy
When downloading a quote previously there was no indication if a quote was a bid quote or a buy quote. Now you’ll find that when creating a ReQuote, we have changed it to be called Buy Quote and , on the top right of the download quote letter, the text shows “Buy Quote” instead of “Quotation”.

3. No More Adding The Same Contacts Multiple Times on A Quote
We are pleased to announce an enhancement: when key contacts, such as engineers and architects, are added to a project, they will now be automatically included on the corresponding quote. This streamlines the process, reducing manual input.

4. Removing Customers from Quotes No Longer Removes Key Contacts from The Project
Based on user feedback, we’ve improved the tool’s intelligence. Customers removed from a quote will now remain in the project’s Key Contacts list.
