• The Power-Up: The Table of Contents for every Submittal document is now completely hyperlinked.
• Your Benefit: Click on any section title in the Table of Contents, and you’ll be taken directly to that section instantly. Whether you’re reviewing product specifications or checking compliance details, you can pinpoint the exact information you need in a single click, saving massive amounts of time.

2. Quote Review Made Easy: Product Numbering for Clear Communication

Working on quotes and projects with your team just got crystal clear. We’ve introduced a simple but powerful tool for internal clarity.

• The Power-Up: A sequential numbering system is now visible on the left side of each product within a quote.
• Your Benefit: This new numbering system provides a standardized reference point. Instead of saying, “the third ceiling light down,” you can now simply reference “Product #5.” This eliminates confusion and makes internal communication—especially when editing or reviewing a colleague’s quote—faster and far more accurate.

3. Bulk Edit Evolves: Copy Products in Seconds

Our most popular efficiency tool, Bulk Edit, just received a significant boost to help you handle product duplication tasks with unmatched speed.

• The Power-Up: The Bulk Edit feature now includes the ability to copy selected products.

• Your Benefit: Need to create 10 slightly different variations of the same fixture? Select your base product, use the new Bulk Copy feature to duplicate them all at once, and then use the existing Bulk Edit tools to adjust the unique details. It’s the fastest way yet to build out projects with many similar items.
