Whenever a specification requires products you cannot supply  you may want to leave a note on the quote so the customer is aware. This transparency builds trust and immediately informs the customer of discrepancies, preventing future issues. It also opens a dialogue for alternatives, such as comparable products, third-party sourcing, or alternative approaches. The aim is to offer solutions and next steps, positioning your company as flexible and resourceful despite product limitations.

To create a blank section, ensure there are notes in the Section Notes.

Speeding up AI take offs 

Now you will be able to create a queue of AI take offs and be notified when AI has finished reading the construction documents.  With this improvement if you click create take off you will see a pop up which will track how far along the AI take off process is. All completed take offs will be visible for the entire day, resetting each day. Streamline your project workflow with our innovative AI-powered take-off system. This new feature allows you to efficiently manage and monitor the progress of AI review for your construction documents.

• AI Take-off Queue: Submit multiple construction documents for AI review by adding them to a dedicated queue.
• Real-time Progress Monitoring: Upon initiating a “create take off” request, a dynamic pop-up window will appear, providing real-time updates on the AI take-off process. This transparent display allows you to track the AI’s progress as it analyzes your documents.
• Automated Notifications: Receive instant notifications once the AI has completed its comprehensive review of your construction documents. These alerts will inform you as soon as your take-off data is ready so you can start your quote
• Daily Visibility of Completed Take-offs: All completed AI take-offs will remain readily accessible and visible within the system for the entire day. This daily retention ensures you have ample time to review and utilize the generated data. The system automatically resets daily, providing a fresh slate for new take-off submissions.
